I was first licensed to practice law in 1984, and am a tough and experienced litigator. I am a boating and motorcycling enthusiast. A former racer, I spent many years campaigning a race bike in the AFM, AMA, and WERA racing circuits. I am a current member of the Redwood Empire Chapter of the Harley Owners Group (H.O.G.).
My passion for motorcycling is now expressed in the zealous representation of injured riders and their families. With numerous successful jury trials, and many dozens of arbitrations and mediations, I am recognized as an experienced litigator and, in the eyes of the insurance companies, a force to be reckoned with.
In addition to vast experience in the civil courts representing injured parties and their families, I am an experienced criminal defense attorney handling serious felony cases as well as misdemeanors. I am also active in the criminal courts all over
